JamLegend brings free, in-browser interactive music online

by DemoPit on August 3, 2009

Like the games Guitar Hero1 and Rock Band2, JamLegend simulates the thrill of rocking out for a sold out crowd while enabling features never before available in console games.

JamLegend is a music based rhythm game. The core concept involvs pressing keys on your keyboard in rhythm to the song that is playing. Notes come down the screen to indicate which keys to press, and when. With guitar you push down virtual frets (keys 1-5) and strum by pushing ENTER. Once you are signed up for the game you can try out the tutorial for a more detailed explanation.

Key Features:

  • Turn-based Multiplayer Duel your friends through E-mail, IM, or social networks (coming soon!) and let them play on their schedule.
  • Real-time Massive Multiplayer Take on thousands of users in live, real-time showdowns.
  • New Songs Experience new songs as artists join the JamLegend Platform
  • Compete Against The World Become JamLegendry as you see how you rank against other players from around the world
  • Tournaments Earn prizes for being the best

JamLegend is FREE! As long as you have access to the internet and have a keyboard, you can play JamLegend.
