Store, manage and share documents with DocLanding

by DemoPit on August 12, 2009

DocLanding provides a secure gateway for enterprises, small businesses and individuals to store, manage, retrieve and share documents. Each user creates and controls a Personal Online INformation Terminal (POINT) that can be linked to other POINTs with one sign-on. Users are empowered to reduce the time and struggles associated with managing multiple passwords and information sources by consolidating them into their POINT.

Key features:

  • Organize Your Information: Use a familiar folder explorer interface to organize your electronic files in a way that makes sense for your business.
  • Retrieve & View Your Files: Use the search feature to find the information you need quickly. Search custom index values you create or for text in the document.
  • Share & Collaborate: Securely share files with colleagues and associates anywhere in the world. Administer who has access to what, for how long and track all actions taken in the system.
  • Securely Store Your Documents: Upload and store documents,  spreadsheets, presentations, images and more to your POINT (Personal Online INformation Terminal).
